What is a pre-order/how does it help?
A pre-order is designed to reduce inventory waste by only manufacturing with necessary demand. By pre-ordering a product, you are directly helping contribute to Mazzy's mission of being an environmentally-friendly seller. 🧡
Which size/color should I order?
Since each product/manufacturer may follow a slightly different specification sheet, we provide a size chart dedicated to each product in the product's details section. If you need further help (especially with choosing a color), our support team would be happy to help you at store@mustbemaz.com
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
If you wish to amend or cancel your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order before it goes into production. Once your order has gone into production, we would be unable to amend or cancel the order.
Do you accept general or size-related returns?
Since our products are made to order, we're unable to accept any general or size-related returns at this time.
What happens if there's a print error or visible quality issue?
We're so sorry to hear this! Please reach out immediately to our lovely support team with photos of the product(s) on a flat, well-lit surface so we can make this right: store@mustbemaz.com
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments via Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Our website uses the most up-to-date SSL encryption so your payment is always secure.
Shipping & Delivery
When will I receive my items?
The most accurate shipping time and various delivery options (if eligible) will be provided after entering your shipping address information on the checkout page. On average, US shipments will take 2-9 business days and international shipments will take 4-20 business days. Upon placing your order, you will be provided with a tracking number to check the status of your delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries around the world! With the exception of a limited number of countries based on international agreements and freight forwarder restrictions. If we are unable to ship to your country, you will be notified at checkout and your purchase will be blocked. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are displayed on the checkout page and are calculated based on the freight forwarder's rates depending on weight, shipping method, & destination.
Will I have to pay taxes/import duties in my country?
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.
